CANCELLATION POLICY & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (WIDERRUFSBELEHRUNG)
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (ALLGEMEINE GESCHÄFTSBEDINGUNGEN)
1. Scope and General Information
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Adam Janbai / Trendiquestore ("Seller", "we") and a consumer ("Customer", "you") via our online shop. A consumer within the meaning of the European regulations and Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.
2. Contract Formation
2.1 The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an in-store digital catalog inviting you to place an order.
2.2 By clicking the button to complete the purchase (e.g., "Buy Now" or "Order with obligation to pay"), you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart.
2.3 A binding contract is concluded only when we accept your order by sending an Order Confirmation email or by delivering the merchandise within 5 days.
3. Prices, Shipping Costs, and Delivery Restrictions
3.1 All listed prices include applicable statutory Value Added Tax (VAT) but exclude shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
3.2 Any shipping charges are clearly communicated to the customer on the product pages and during the checkout interface before the binding order is finalized.
3.3 Delivery time frames are specified on the respective item pages. If an item cannot be delivered within 30 days of your purchase, you retain the statutory right to cancel your order for a complete refund.
4. Retention of Title
The delivered merchandise remains the sole legal property of the Seller until full payment has been successfully processed and received.
5. Statutory Warranty Rights (Gewährleistung)
5.1 The statutory warranty regulations of the European Union and the German Civil Code (BGB) apply. Consumers are entitled to statutory warranty rights for any lack of conformity or hidden defects present in the goods at the time of delivery.
5.2 The statutory warranty period for new physical goods is two (2) years from the date of delivery.

7. Governing Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that the protection provided by mandatory provisions of the law of the state of the consumer's habitual residence is not withdrawn.

3. Return Conditions & Integrity
To be eligible for processing, any authorized return for a defective item must remain in the exact condition it was received. 4. Return Shipping Costs & Routing
The customer is legally responsible for organizing and paying the direct shipping costs to safely return the item back to our designated international processing facility. Original shipping fees incurred at the time of purchase are strictly non-refundable.
Important Routing Notice: Because we utilize an international supply chain, our primary return logistics hubs are situated outside of Germany. You must contact customer service prior to physically shipping any parcel to acquire the exact mandatory warehouse routing address. We strongly require utilizing a verified trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue credit or process liability for packages lost or redirected during transit.
5. Inspection, Verification, and Credits
Upon physical arrival of the package at our processing hub, our logistics team will thoroughly inspect the product to verify the structural or functional defect. We will issue a swift email notification confirming receipt of your item and formal approval or rejection of your claim. Approved defect claims will be resolved immediately via a credit automatically applied to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5 to 10 business days, subject to standard bank processing intervals.
