1. Order Processing Times
All orders are compiled and sent to our fulfillment centers within 1 to 3 business days after your payment is successfully authorized. You will receive a automated email notification containing a tracking number as soon as your package ships out.

Our standard delivery window across global markets typically ranges between 7 to 15 business days.
* Due to custom processing queues, localized postal backlogs, or peak seasonal demands, deliveries can occasionally take up to 21 business days.
* If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, please contact our support team immediately, and you will be entitled to a full statutory refund or a free product replacement.
3. Tracking Information
